Elliot Page is throwing more than punches these days—he’s also serving serious fitness goals.
The Odyssey star turned heads after sharing a shirtless post-workout photo with New York boxing coach Nolan Hanson, revealing the impressive results of a training routine that’s become much more than just exercise.
“He’s a brilliant teacher,” Page wrote in his June 29 Instagram post. “Not just in the way he breaks down complex movements, but also in his strategic understanding of boxing and his thoughtful approach to the psychological side of the sport.”
For Page, boxing isn’t just about landing the perfect jab.
“Training with Nolan has become an essential part of my life,” he continued. “If you’re in NYC and looking, I can’t recommend him highly enough. Just be warned, you may end up getting as hooked as I am.”
The actor also shared clips of himself firing off jabs and uppercuts in the ring, proving the six-pack didn’t arrive by accident.
Even when he’s away from the gym, the workouts don’t stop. During a 2023 interview with GQ, Page revealed he packs his Quest VR headset while traveling.
“I like to bring my Quest VR, because that’s how I work out,” he explained. “I bring that with me so then when I’m in a hotel, I can do it pretty much anywhere as long as there’s WiFi.”
Calling the virtual boxing sessions “so fun,” he added, “It’s good for stress… I’m telling you, it’s a game changer. I can’t stress it enough.”
