Grammy Awards 2027 have sparked buzz among music fans and enthusiasts alike, as deadlines for albums to be submitted approaches.
While there are many different fandoms hoping for their favourite music to get the recognition they believe they deserve, experts have reached a consensus about certain top contenders from this year.
The top contenders have pitted Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo against each other as their albums The Life of a Showgirl and you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love would both be vying for the Album of the Year category.
Besides Rodrigo and Swift, Olivia Dean’s record The Art of Loving and Bruno Mars’ album The Romanticwill be heading for nomination.
Reacting to the top contenders, fans flocked to the comments and wrote, “Can’t help but root for my girl Olivia Rodrigo,” and “I will never understand the hype with bruno mars. Lol.”
One critic wrote, “Life of a showgirl only getting nominated because of the massive first week sales, cus that album is…..” while another added, “if olivia doesn’t win the grammys are even more rigged.”
