The British royal family’s hardest-working royal, Princess Anne left an unforgettable impact on a Scottish influencer with her surprisng gesture during his run.
Finlay Jacobs, a Scottish-based digital creator, has recounted an unexpected royal encounter that took place while he was out for a run.
The influencer shared the moment on social media, revealing how a Land Rover pulled up beside him as he jogged past a property, and a woman stepped out to baffle him.
“I look again, and I’m like, it’s Princess Anne, Princess Anne of Scotland, it’s like, ‘What the heck!'” he explained.
King Charles III’s only sister then offered him a few words of motivation: “She looks at me and goes, ‘Keep going!'”
Though tempted to pause for a photograph or capture the Princess Royal on video, he chose to carry on with his run.
The man explained that he did not want to intrude, recognising that she was clearly in the area seeking privacy.
The Princess Royal is staying at Balmoral alongside her husband, Sir Tim Laurence, as part of the Royal Family’s traditional summer gathering at the Scottish estate.
King Charles has been spending time at his Highland retreat with Queen Camilla, while the Prince and Princess of Wales and their children left the twon after spending a week with the royals.
