Katie Price’s friends have broken their silence following her split from husband, Lee Andrews.
The former glamour model, 48, shocked her fans and family after tying the knot with the self-proclaimed businessman from Dubai just days after meeting him.
Since then, the couple have been the talk of the town due to Lee’s claims about his wealth and fraud allegations surrounding him.
Now, a source close to Katie has revealed: “Katie’s friends are absolutely over the moon that she’s decided to divorce Lee. They all gave her as many warnings as they could, but she just wouldn’t listen.”
Speaking to The Sun, the source added: “Now they’re relieved it’s finally come to an end.”
According to the outlet, though, there are already concerns that Katie could be tempted to reunite with Lee because she has done so in the past with her previous relationships despite promising that she would never go back.
Insiders have also said that Katie “doesn’t like” being single yet every man she meets seems to bring “more drama” into her life.
They added: “Their only hope is that she won’t go back again and that she’ll take a real break for herself. When she split from JJ, she promised herself she would, but she didn’t.”
It was reported on Tuesday that Katie Price has reportedly decided to call it quits with her husband of eight months, Lee Andrews, after his claims of being a millionaire allegedly turned out to be a fraud, according to a report.
