V’s frustration left concert goers into stitches.
The BTS member, whose real name is Kim Taehyung, gave BTS ARMY an unexpectedly hilarious concert moment when his plans for a massive Permission to Dance dance-along were abruptly interrupted by a music cut.
The moment unfolded during the latest ARIRANGWorld Tour stop at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Saturday, August 15.
The septet was performing the first of their two Arlington shows as their massive 2026–27 world tour continues across North America.
In fan-captured footage, the 30-year-old K-pop sensation can be seen enthusiastically trying to get ARMY involved in the choreography for Permission to Dance.
He appeared completely ready to lead the crowd through the familiar moves but the music suddenly cut out.
Taehyung’s reaction was priceless. Clearly caught off guard and visibly disappointed he appeared to mutter “f***.”
His split-second reaction immediately sent fans into hysterics.
The contrast was what made the moment so funny: Taehyung had just been energetically hyping thousands of fans to join him, only to be left standing there when the track disappeared.
ARMY quickly began circulating clips of the mishap, laughing at how genuinely frustrated he looked.
“I’m crying,” one fan wrote, reacting to the clip
Others joked that Taehyung seemed to have forgotten that this particular performance wasn’t the remix version he had apparently expected.
