A decades-old chilling prediction regarding the Russian President Vladimir Putin attributed to Bulgarian mystic Baba Vanga has resurfaced as she allegedly said it would be completed before the end of 2026.
Putin has ruled over Russia for more than a quarter century and won another six-year term in 2024. With the changes in the Russian constitution, the former KGB agent is likely to stay in power until 2036.
Vanga died four years prior to Putin becoming Russian president. One often cited remark of hers states: “All will thaw, as if ice, only one remains untouched – Vladimir’s glory, glory of Russia.” Supporters interpret the reference as a prophecy about Putin’s enduring influence.
However, Baba Vanga who died four years before Putin became President of Russia in 2000 has allegedly predicted that Putin will lose power and a new leader will emerge in Russia.
Although there is no verified record showing that Vanga actually gave such a deadline. There is also no indication at present that Putin is planning to step down.
Vanga has been credited with predicting several major world events since her death, but many of those claims remain disputed.
She did not leave behind a written collection of her prophecies, making it difficult to establish exactly what she said.
