Cardi B has never been one to slow down and she has no intention of starting now.
From dominating the music charts to expanding her business empire, the Bodak Yellowrapper has continued to find new ways to build her career and grow her wealth.
However, behind that relentless drive is a motivation much closer to home.
The 33-year-old American rapper recently opened up to Entertainment Tonightabout her million-dollar net worth and revealed that her four children are at the heart of her continued hustle.
“I was panicking. It’s like, yo, I leave this earth and my kids [are] going to have just music royalties that they’re most [likely] going to have to be arguing people about it,” she said.
The Grammy winner added, “They’re going to have a couple of properties and a couple of liquid money, but it’s like what is something that God forbid something happens to me, I leave behind that is for them?”
For the mother of four, building businesses outside of music is about creating something lasting that she can eventually leave behind for her children.
“This is, God forbid, something happened to me; this is theirs,” she said, apparently referring to her haircare line.
The I Like Itsinger, first became a mother in 2018, when she welcomed daughter Kulture with her then-husband, Offset. The former couple later welcomed son Wave and daughter Blossom.
The former couple were together on and off for seven years before Cardi filed for divorce for a second time in the end of July 2024.
In September 2025, she announced that she was expecting her fourth child, her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs, during an exclusive interview with CBS Mornings.The baby was born two months later.
