Rockstar Games is turning the tables on Hollywood with the extravagant Netflix debut of GTA 6, ‘Extended Look’, premiered on August 27.
With the release of actual gameplay footage, Rockstar confirmed only one thing: GTA 6 was captured on PlayStation 5.
The showcase gameplay release on Netflix tells a complete story of how the game will actually look and play on the PS5 consoles, which are owned by nearly 100 million households, per rough estimates.
Graphical display set benchmark
The GTA 6 showcase debut on Netflix gave the gaming community a shock that the game will be running on 30fps only at least for launch.
But, as in previous instances, Rockstar might consider a 60fps release on PS5 Pro or on PC version later.
