Prince William is being dragged in headlines for his alleged rift and disagremment with King Charles over his and Queen Camilla’s meeting with the Sussexes.
A Palace insider has dismissed reports of a rift between King Charles and Prince William as mere speculation.
In reality, father and son stand more united than ever — bound by a shared duty to secure the future of the monarchy.
Sources confirm that Harry’s return was never a point of contention. It was a decision made with the Prince of Wales’ full knowledge.
It emerges amid reports that the British King’s latest move has only deepened the divide between father and son.
The source close to the Palace shared: “Harry’s return will not drive a wedge between Father and son. If anything, it will only strengthen the monarchy. Every senior royal understands that.”
“William and Catherine have always hoped for Harry’s return to the fold. Through everything, they still hold a soft spot for him and his family. Blood is blood, and duty does not erase love,” they added.
William and Princess Catherine will even fully support if the Sussexes decide to pursue a peace truce with King Charles and the royal family.
The senior royals know that any rift within the family would burn bright and become impossible for the public to ignore.
“William and the monarch only want what’s best for the monarchy,” they concluded.
Reports of dis-ease between Charles and William first emerged last year, weeks before Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was finally stripped of his royal titles over his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
At the time, it was widely alleged that William had wanted to cut Andrew from the fold for a long time, with a source close to William claiming, ‘William always said, just cut Andrew off completely. It’s not appropriate to have an alleged sex offender breaking bread with the royal family.
They added, ‘William was right about Andrew, and he is right about Harry.”
