Jimmy Kimmel’s show is getting updates about whether the show is concluding or not.
The Jimmy Kimmel Live’s current season has come to an end and he is starting off new season from September 8.
However, many reports suggest that Kimmel might say goodbye to his famous show in 2027 after concluding the current season.
“His contract is not getting extended,” a source told Page Six.
Meanwhile, the broadcasting company completely refuted claims and called them “inaccurate.”
As per the statement shared with Just Jared: “This information is inaccurate – any reports about the future of the show at this point are purely speculative.”
As a practice, the show host has been taking summer breaks in recent years and returning for new season’s afterwards.
TMZshared that his contract is year-to-year and “there is talk among the staff that Jimmy has been working on pitching other shows and podcasts around town.”
For Kimmel, nothing is really stopping him from taking on additional projects side by side same time as hosting his talk show though.
For instance, Kimmel scores an Emmy for Outstanding Host for a Game Show for his work on Who Wants to Be A Millionaire.
His work has always versatile and recognised by many for years.
