Kanye West and his daughter North West’s resurfaced video has fans saying “copy, paste.”
Their admirers can’t get enough as the father-daughter duo move in sync during a stage moment from earlier this year.
The footage, believed to be from Ye’s January concerts at Plaza de Toros México in Mexico City, shows the rapper dressed in an all-white outfit and boots walking across the smoke-filled circular stage alongside his eldest daughter.
North was sporting long blue-turquoise hair, oversized black clothing and a face covering or sunglasses alongside her father as they made their way across the stage in front of a packed arena.
Kim Kardashian’s first born had joined her dad during the Mexico City shows for a surprise performance, including Only One and renditions of other tracks.
However, it wasn’t the performance itself that caught many fans’ attention after the footage resurfaced. Instead, viewers couldn’t stop commenting on the striking similarities between the two.
A wave of reactions sparked online with fans focusing on just how alike the father and daughter appeared.
“Kanye West and North West really act just alike. She’s literally his twin!” one fan wrote.
Another viewer focused on their synchronized movements, commenting, “The way he’s matching her every step is killing me.”
“North really said copy, paste and Kanye said let me prove it,” another fan joked, adding that their “mannerisms, the energy, EVERYTHING” appeared identical.
Others reacted more emotionally to the father-daughter moment, with comments including, “Awwn so beautiful” and “This is soo cool and beautiful.”
One fan also pushed back against the idea that the moment should be viewed negatively, comparing it to other famous parent-child performances: “He is an artist sharing the stage with his first born. This is beautiful!”
