Katie Price and her daughter, Princess, shared a heartfelt conversation, with the former glamour model admitting her daughter has been greatly influenced by her father, Peter Andre’s, ‘image-conscious’ ways.
The former glamour model,48, opened up about her parenting style compared to Princess’ father during an episode of The Princess Diaries.
Princess, 19, told her mum that she was not allowed to wear certain outfits in order to maintain her clean-cut image.
During a scene in episode two, Katie tells Princess she wouldn’t wear any of the racy outfits she wore in her early career when she was known by the glamour model persona, Jordan.
‘I would do what I want, whereas you’re not like that. You’re definitely a clean cut image,’ Katie said.
Princess then explained: ‘You know why I think I’m a bit more vain, because I’ve grown up and always had to be conscious of doing the right thing.’
Katie asked: ‘Where did that come from?’
Princess replied that it came from her ‘dad’s side’, to which Katie responded: ‘Your dad is the same as you, he’s quite conscious.’
Katie added: ‘I think that’s good, you’ve got Emily and your dad who are clean, and you’ve got me which is like a good chaos. But I’m so proud of you and what you’re doing.’
At one point, Princess also revealed that Peter banned both her and brother, Junior, from having phones in their bedrooms, admitting she secretly kept phone and used a second phone.
