King Charles has given huge relief to his eldest son, Prince William, by protecting the monarchy from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s arrival.
Rebecca English penned a new article for the Daily Mail, revealing that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will remain non-working royals.
Sources claimed that the monarch is ‘absolutely adamant’ about not letting the Sussexes undertake any royal duties.
“His only interest is protecting and prioritising what’s right for the monarchy and, particularly, what is right for his relationship with the Prince of Wales,” the royal author quoted a friend.
It has been said that the future King William’s feelings will be respected at all costs as he and Princess Kate are the key royals and will lead the firm.
Revealing the true feelings of the Prince and Princess of Wales over Harry’s bombshell, Rebecca shared that the royal couple has “no desire whatsoever to reconcile” with the Sussexes.
Buckingham Palace is also maintaining complete silence over the ongoing rumours and speculations on what the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s return would look like.
“The King welcomes the opportunity to see more of his family, but beyond that, his stance could not be clearer [when it comes to their public roles]. Nothing has changed,” the royal commentator stated.
