Athos Salome, known as the “Living Nostradamus” and a Brazilian mystic, stated that two of his three predictions for 2026 have taken place. Now the world must get ready for the most severe – third one.
In December of 2025, Salome released an article detailing ten (10) predictions for 2026. He indicated that he anticipated a point at which tension in the Middle East would become unmanageable.
He also predicted the country that won the World Cup would represent colors associated with fire. That he points to as evidence to Spain winning against Argentina; along with increasing Iran against the U.S.-Israel tensions this year.
Now Salome is looking to the North as he believes that there may be a war coming in the Arctic Circle. The primary reason, according to him, would be climate change. The melting of ice, he states, creates new shipping lanes while creating opportunities to expose previously inaccessible energy resources.
This increase of potential conflict between Russia and North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) due to melting ice can create an increased probability of a direct confrontation.
According to Salome, recent intercepts confirm that Russian military systems are being moved to strategic locations in the Arctic Circle. It raises the potential for direct confrontation with NATO during the time when ice melts.
Salome has attracted a large number of followers online based upon previous predictions he claimed were accurate.
These include Covid-19, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the death of Queen Elizabeth II. While Salome does not provide detailed information about how his method works, it appears to include a combination of symbolic analysis, long term patterns, and studies of Kabbala.
However, Salome has consistently reminded people that all of his predictions are simply interpretations and not certainties.
