Meghan Markle’s recent move has left her critics and royal experts stunned and it has given rise to a lot of speculation about what would happen next for the Sussexes’.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussexes along with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet returned to UK two weeks ago and enjoyed an emotional reunion with King Charles, who was accompanied by Queen Camilla.
Some experts believed that this was a mere family reunion, while others anticipated that this was a move to bring the Sussex family back in the royal fold.
While it is only speculation at this point on the matter, one expert argued that Meghan achieved one key thing out of this whole ordeal, was a declaration without saying anything.
The Duchess shared a carousel of images from her summer holidays, after agreeing to not disclose any details of the reunion in UK, and cleverly hid a photo from Althorp estate in the mix.
Noting that Meghan is “perfectly entitled” to do as she pleases, expert Jennie Bond described it as “strange” to post private photos when the family has been “desperate for privacy”.
“I’m sure it meant a huge amount to Harry to be able to show the children his mother’s childhood home as well as her burial place,” she said. “It was a very important moment in their lives, and I’m glad they were able to be there. I’m just not sure why the rest of us should have been included in that very personal visit.”
Bond emphasised that it was a message to the world from Meghan tonot forget her children are a part of the royal family and she “wants the world to remember”.
