A Niall Horan performance turned into an unexpectedly emotional moment for KATSEYE.
A resurfaced clip from an interview with the global girl group shows member Sophia Laforteza recalling a sweet memory involving bandmate Daniela Avanzini and the One Direction star at Jingle Ball.
She remembered watching the Slow Hands hitmaker perform when Daniela, 22, suddenly became emotional.
“I remember Danny and I were at Jingle Ball, and we were watching Niall perform a song, and Danny started crying,” Sophia, 23, recalled.
Daniela quickly confirmed just how emotional she was, admitting, “I was sobbing.”
When asked which song had moved her so deeply, Daniela revealed it was Horan’s 2016 hit This Town.
She even began singing the opening lyrics before Sophia explained why the moment stuck with her.
