Ola Jordan has shared sweet memories with her daughter Ella after opening up about her split from her husband James Jordan.
The now-exes were Strictly‘s longest-standing couple, spending 26 years together. They started dating in 1999 and married in 2003.
They announced their split with a joint statement earlier this month.
Amid her marital woes, Ola, 43, appeared in high spirits with her six-year-old daughter, Ella, on Saturday as they left the country for a much-needed break.
Ola took to social media and shared a fun mirror selfie with Ella as they excitedly prepared for their mother-daughter trip.
The Polish professional dancer shared a number of snaps of the pair.
In one snap Ella donned a Daisy top as she posed with her suitcase outside the terminal, with Ola writing: ‘And we are off.’
In another snap, Ella was seen mingling with British Airways staff.
The fun snaps come hours after Ola confessed that her life had changed in just a couple of days.
She wrote: ‘There have been moments this summer when my heart has felt heavier than I ever imagined it could. Life has changed in ways I never expected, and some days have been incredibly tough.’
Praising her six-year-old daughter for helping her get through the difficult time, she continued: ‘But through all of the uncertainty, one thing has remained constant, my beautiful girl Ella.’
She also thanked her family, friends and fans for their support during her difficult times.
