The Love Story singer, 36, made the surprise announcement on Instagram on Tuesday, telling fans that had been “impatiently waiting” to share the news.
What caught fans’ attention was the cover art, where it became difficult to distinguish the contour between her body and underarm. Some fans called it a Photoshop fail.’
The Photoshop on Taylor Swift’s “Patient Zero” cover is horrendous… girl, you’re a billionaire, please get a professional photographer,’ one person scoffed on X.
‘I’m so sorry but why does the side of her look so poorly edited? It looks way over-airbrushed and almost AI,’ another fan said.
One fan noted, ‘I can edit you better for free on Canvas,’ after endearingly calling Swift ‘mom’ and lamenting, ‘They Photoshopped your shoulder out of existence.’
Patient Zero is set to arrive on 25 September.
