Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, had to experience a drastic change just two days after they had started school in the UK.
It was revealed that the children were pulled out of their original school just after two days due to security issues during commute.
The heavy traffic on the route had made it hard for the convoy to stick together and the 30-minute journey turned into an hour’s journey at rush hour. Hence, Archie and Lilibet have joined a new school.
Prince Harry candidly spoke about the school situation during a conversation with a reporter about completing a daring skydive outside Toronto on Friday.
“It’s been great. It’s been great to be back on British soil,” he said about his return to England, “It’s great to be back on terra firma, actually!”
He then gave an update on the children noting that things are going “great”.
“The kids are happy in school, and it gives me a chance to really focus on Invictus in Birmingham,” Harry continued. “The Games are in July next year.”
Previously, a spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had revealed that “the decision for the children to move schools was taken following a discussion with the family’s security team about the practicalities of their current arrangements”.
