Prince Harry decided to step back from a key position after King Charles and key members of the royal family held a Sussex ‘summit’ in Balmoral.
According to Express UK, the Duke of Sussex is parting ways with a controversial charity, African Parks.
After being involved with the charity for the past 10 years, Harry will not be serving on the board of directors. However, he continues to support the mission of protecting Africa’s wildlife and preserving its wild areas.
The charity has refreshed its board, with the Chairperson of the African Parks Board thanking the Duke and other members for always supporting the cause.
In a statement, Vas Narasimhan said, “We extend our thanks to all the members of the Board who generously volunteer their time in support of our conservation mission – and particularly to The Duke of Sussex, for a decade of committed service to African Parks.”
This update followed a reported meeting between King Charles, Prince William, and other royals at Balmoral, where they discussed Harry and Meghan’s upcoming move to the UK.
