All eyes seem to be on Prince William and Prince Harry as the estranged brothers have left the Royal Family in an awkward conundrum.
The rift between King Charles’s two son, who were once inseparable, are not even ready to share the same air with one another. Now that Prince Harry is moving back to Britain, there is curiosity surrounding a possible reunion.
According to experts, one should be too optimistic or make haste in their assumptions as the rift runs deep between the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Sussex.
The two brothers are currently focusing on their own families and children and any reunion that would come will be “very much one step at a time”, per HELLO!’s Royal Editor, Emily Nash.
Harry would consider something down the line after Archie and Lilibet are “settled”, meanwhile, the relationship with the King is “crucial”.
“You can’t go any higher than him,” she explained. “And if you have him on side and you are spending time with him, then that does half of the work for you.”
William is understood to be quite furious still as Harry “betrayed” him on an “international scale”. Both, William and Kate, were affected by their decision to leave and especially with the cancer diagnosis of Charles and Kate.
“It’s left a lot of responsibility on not just William’s shoulders, but on those of his children” and the “endless” list of things Harry has said.
“So how can you possibly sit in a room and make small talk with somebody who has betrayed you on an international scale,” the expert said. “I think it’s going to be a long time waiting to see that reunion happen.”
