Sienna Miller has shared that fellow actresses tell her that she is lucky to still be getting work at the age of 40.
The American Sniperactress,44, is being praised for her role in the juicy Sky drama War.
Meanwhile, Sienna has revealed that she was once warned she would struggle to find work after turning 40 due to the lack of opportunities for older women.
She said: ‘I feel less like I have to prove something, and I’m not sure whether that’s because I don’t have anything to prove, or I just don’t care about proving myself any more.
‘I remember speaking to actresses who were like: ‘You’re so lucky that you’re turning 40 now, because we were obsolete when that happened.’ ‘But I still wish I’d played Juliet.’
Sienna also shared that filming was difficult due to her pregnancy, which meant she was ‘leaving and coming home in the dark.’
Sienna joked to the The Observer: ‘She got in first. We sat together scoffing Freddos in between shots.’
The actress also recently revealed that she was pregnant while filming the entirety of the new divorce drama and was 35 weeks by the end of shooting.
