Taylor Swift sent Tate McRae her infamous sourdough bread a few months back, and the musician has no notes but a very interesting observation about the gift.
In a new interview, the Tit for Tathitmaker shared that besides the delicious bread itself, the basket was a treat, because of how good it smelled.
“The basket smelled amazing, I don’t know what perfume she wears, but I was like, ‘She must smell incredible,’” McRae told Variety.
Swifties took to social media and reacted to the greedy songstress’ comments, writing, “the fact that taylor sends people homemade sourdough is so on brand and tate saying she must smell incredible is killing me with jealousy.”
Another added, “Homemade sourdough and it smells like Taylor Swift? That’s a pretty unique review,” and “imagine receiving a gift basket from taylor swift and your first thought is ‘wow she must smell so good’ tate is so real for this.”
More chimed in, “you know you’re a real taydaughter when taylor herself sends you her sourdough.”
This comes after Swift praised McRae’s song Tit for Tat, in a previous interview, and they both gushed over the mutual admiration.
