The former Duke and Duchess of York have reportedly been planning their comeback to the royal fold and positive headlines with the arrival of their granddaughter.
For the unversed, Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank are blessed with a baby girl on August 3, Buckingham Palace announced.
According to Heat World, Fergie and Andrew are “seeing this as an opportunity to try and build a bridge with Charles and Camilla and the rest of their extended family.”
On the other hand, Eugenie first felt sadness for not being able to include her parents fully in her pregnancy journey and the arrival of a new York member to avoid further negative headlines.
But now, after knowing the real intentions behind their motive, King Charles’ niece is highly disappointed and heartbroken as her parents see her baby girl as a tool for their image.
The source said, “Quite honestly, she finds it pretty insulting that they’d try to do that, so the most Andrew and Sarah can hope for is quiet one-on-one grandparent time behind closed doors.
