The 36-year-old pop superstar performed i knew it, i knew you, August, All too Well, Cardigan, and Champagne Problems at the FYC event.
As soon as the update was released, Swifties rushed to social media and expressed their enthusiasm over a live performance after a long time.
Flocking to the comments, one Swiftie wrote, “I would pass away,” while another added, “god i want that footage so bad.”
A third chimed in, “Wow!!! Jelly!!”
While others also raised questions about the lack of live performances for The Life of a Showgirl, writing, “Where is the stage for Ophelia?”
More added, “maybe this is the vibe of TS13,” and “i think this is how her next tour setlist will be themed. instead of separating eras, she will sepearate[sic] feelings like nostalgia, anger, enthusiasm into medleys and mashups from any and all eras.”
