Billie Eilish seems to have been quietly working on her fourth album without giving fans any insights into how the process has come along.
The 24-year-old musician has still kept silent about the project in works, but her brother and longtime collaborator, Finneas, shared some updates which made fans believe that the album is closer to be finished than they think.
The music producer, 29, shared, “Right now, Billie and I are working on a new album. We’ve found that the best way for us to work is with a flexible schedule, like three days a week. There are days when we’re super inspired, and sometimes we’re not. There’s always stuff to do. Recently we wrote something totally new and it turned out great.”
The quote quickly began making rounds all over social media as fans began theorising that the album could potentially be released early next year.
Flocking to X, fans wrote, “yk what i’ll take a seat rn bc it’s coming any day now,” and “We’re seated for this omgg.”
A third chimed in, “I want at least a single from the album this year,” while another wrote, “2027 is gonna be her year AGAIN.”
More cheered, “im so hyped bro,” and “IVE NEVER BEEN MORE DESPERATE FOR AN ALBUM RELEASE.”
While one declared, “AOTY IS COMING.”
