Holly Willoughby shared an embarrassing moment from her TV career, saying she learned a valuable lesson from it.
The incident occured on the Noughties show, where she danced around, and at one point, the strap on her top broke.
Holly,45, reminisced about the experience during the episode of her YouTube show Together, which featured Emma Bunton and Nicole Appleton as guests.
She reminisced: ‘As far as I’m concerned, the boyband Blue were definitely hypnotised.’Getting up to demonstrate, she continued: ‘I stood up and I was really like going for it and as I looked down, the strap on my top had broken, and my left boob was swinging!
‘But we were still live and I knew it happened. We had an ad break and I came off air and I was like: “tell me you didn’t see that!” And they were like: “We can’t. We’re not going to lie to you. We did see it.”
‘And then The Sun put me on Page 3 the next day. So I’ve been a Page 3 girl with my boob out.’
The former This Morning host launched her new YouTube show Together last month.
Since its launch, the show has been widely panned by critics, with some comparing it to Meghan Markle’s lifestyle show, With Love.
