Influencer Jen Hamilton opened up again about her split from her husband, Brian Hamilton.
The influencer shared the reason behind her heartbreak in an emotional video as she she claimed that she found out he was living a “double life.”
The popular content creator, who is also a labor and delivery nurse, said she got to know the information after the couple already announced their separation in June.
The pair, however, were married for more than 12 years and have two sons together.
Talking about the painful discovery, Hamilton said, “While I was at the hospital taking care of people, he found the time to have a whole ‘nother life.” She added, “And as someone who’s never even passionately kissed anyone else in my entire life, this has broken me beyond comprehension because it’s sacred to me.”
Hamilton, moreover, also shared that what she found out changed everything for her, adding that the divorce now feels “as a death.”
The social media star explained that she was still trying to understand everything when she first talked about the separation.
Hamilton also answered rumours that was circulating on the internet. She said she no longer wanted to stay quiet or protect anyone.
“I’m done being people’s PR manager,” she said. “My kids know, everybody in my orbit knows.”
The star also claimed someone connected to the situation told her, “I knew about you. He talked about you all the time, but I didn’t know you had so many followers.”
