King Charles has reportedly sent Prince William and Princess Kate a message with his bold response, after the couple allegedly snubbed Queen Camilla at a recent royal engagement.
Tensions are said to have risen between the Waleses and the King following Harry and Meghan’s reunion with the monarch and Queen Camilla at a royal residence last month.
The 77-year-old monarch refused to bow to William’s alleged demand. Instead, he went a step further by signaling he would welcome Harry in the future, a direct response to the couple’s concerns over Camilla’s warm reception of the Sussexes.
Charles remains determined to remind William that the crown has not yet been transferred to him.
It is being claimed the the King has delivered Prince William a “public sign of defiance” by leaving the door open for Harry’s return to the royal family.
Royal broadcaster Ian Pelham Turner has alleged the King is furious after the Waleses supposedly displayed disrespect towards his wife.
The King’s anger allegedly reached boiling point at a recent engagement where William and Kate supposedly swept past Camilla without curtsying or bowing.
“I have heard there does not seem to be much family love between Camilla and William and Kate,” Pelham Turner told Express US.
“They recently walked past the Queen without curtsying, which many interpreted as a public gesture of defiance. Charles will stand wholeheartedly by his wife,” according to Turner.
That gesture of goodwill reportedly did not sit well with William and Kate, sparking the frosty standoff with Camilla. He has encouraged the family to maintain a unified appearance rather than permitting their disagreements to unfold publicly.
“For the people, the Royal Family must be seen as a strong unit. Rather than a real-life version of the Netflix drama The Crown,” Pelham Turner cautioned.
Meanwhile, William is allegedly very angry with Harry following one blunder that is hard to overlook. This follows Harry’s wife accepting the position of guest judge for MasterChef Australia’s 18th season, with aspiring chefs challenged to transform an ordinary ingredient into a dish “fit for a duchess.”
