Marvel may have another Avengers: Doomsday surprise waiting for fans.
Just as D23 gets underway a new TV spot for the highly anticipated Marvel blockbuster has fueled speculation that another trailer is on the way.
Adding to the excitement, scooper Daniel Richtman, also known as DanielRPK, claimed that Marvel’s D23 presentation would be relatively light on announcements but teased one major reveal: the X-Men.
He also said trailers for Avengers: Doomsdayand VisionQuestwould be released to the public on Friday, August 14.
The timing has fans especially curious. Marvel has already released an official Doomsdaytrailer on July 20, while the latest TV spot appears to be setting the stage for more footage.
Notably, Doomsdayis already set for a December 18 theatrical release. Meanwhile, VisionQuestis officially scheduled to premiere October 14 on Disney+, with Paul Bettany returning as Vision.
With D23 kicking off and Marvel expected to have several major announcements in store, the big question now is whether fans will actually get another look at Avengers: Doomsday?
