North West’s first headlining tour won’t be hitting the road after all.
Just months after releasing her debut EP, N0rth4evr, the 13-year-old rapper’s highly anticipated Kimokawaii Tour has hit an unexpected snag, with multiple dates now listed as canceled.
The tour which was set to launch on August 05 in Dallas alongside rapper Molly Santana, has disappeared from its official website, while Ticketmaster now marks both the Dallas kickoff and an August 17 stop in Toronto as canceled.
An August 25 performance at San Francisco’s The Midway, however, remains listed on the venue’s calendar.
No reason for the cancellations has been announced, and representatives for North and Santana have not publicly commented.
The canceled tour comes on the heels of a milestone year for the daughter of Kim Kardashian and Ye, who celebrated the release of N0rth4evr with support from the Kardashian-Jenner family across social media.
North also made headlines with her single Piercing On My Hand, where she leaned into the online chatter surrounding her style, rapping, “Piercing on my hand, the other holding bands,” before adding, “No friends, just filter, you wouldn’t understand.”
She also boasts, “All my friends are hits, you know I’m not lazy,” and “I want more piercings and tats… I want like a hundred thousand racks.”
Despite the tour setback, North has already shared stages with Molly Santana at Rolling Loud and collaborated with FKA Twigs, signaling that her music journey is only just getting started.
