The first glimpse of the beloved duo of “Off Campus”, Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli, reprising their roles as Hannah and Garrett in the upcoming second season, is out.
The lead roles of Season 1 will appear in Season 2 as side characters as the narrative shifts focus to a new central romance.
Season 1 of the college romance drama, based on Elle Kennedy’s best-selling book series, followed Hannah, a freshman songwriter, and Garrett, a Briar University hockey star, through a fake relationship that evolved into a genuine love. The newly released image shows Bright and Cameli in a quiet, domestic setting, suggesting that the relationship remains intact as the series expands its storytelling scope.
For Season 2, creator of the series Louisa Levy earlier announced that the primary storyline will center on Allie (Mika Abdalla) and Dean (Stephen Kalyn) based on the events of the third novel of the series, “The Score.” However, it is confirmed that Hannah and Garett will continue to play a major role in the show’s ensemble cast.
Various new cast additions for the sophomore season have also been announced, including India Fowler as Grace Ivers, Phillippa Soo as a guest artist, and Shay Rudolph as Dean’s sister, Summer.
Season 1 cast members, including Antonio Cipriano and Jalen Thomas Brooks, will return in Season 2, while Josh Heuston, who played Hannah’s former crush Justin, will not appear in the new season.
