Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow Walker has finally broken her silence after false reports surfaced claiming she sold her late dad’s iconic Fast & Furious car.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, August 6, the 27-year-old addressed the speculations directly, denying that the beloved 1998 Toyota Supra from Furious 7 had been sold or auctioned.
“It’s been brought to my attention that there are false reports online. I did NOT sell nor auction my father’s 1998 Toyota Supra from Furious 7,” the Fast X actress firmly shut down the false reports.
“The car is currently on display at the @petersenmuseum to be viewed and enjoyed by fans as part of their Fast & Furious Legacy exhibit running now through April of 2027,” she added.
Her statement quickly put an end to the circulating rumours, reassuring fans that the legendary vehicle remains preserved for public viewing rather than changing hands.
Moreover an official statement was shared via Paul’s official account.
“@MeadowWalker did NOT sell nor auction Paul’s 1998 Toyota Supra from Furious 7,” the team wrote. “The car is currently on display at the @PetersenMuseum as part of A Fast & Furious Legacy exhibit running now through April 2027, and remains under Meadow’s ownership as part of her collection.”
For the unversed, the silver-and-orange Toyota Supra holds a special place in the Fast & Furiousfranchise.
Featured in Furious 7,the car became one of Paul’s most recognisable on-screen vehicles.
For the unversed, Paul tragically died on November 30, 2013, at the age of 40, in a single-vehicle crash in Santa Clarita, California.
He was a passenger in a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT driven by his friend and business associate, Roger Rodas.
Following his death, his daughter inherited much of his estate and has remained committed to honouring her father’s memory.
