Rita Ora has faced a major setback after her former manager sued her for £3.2 million.

The Anywheresinger, 35, and her former manager, Sarah Stennett, started working together in 2009 before parting ways in 2024, reportedly after disagreeing the ‘direction of her career.’

However, in a recent report, FAE Ventures founder lodged papers at the High Court claiming her firm is owed millions, meaning they are now locked in a legal battle.

The company claims that Rita, who first signed with Sarah’s company when she was 18, allegedly failed to hand over a cut of her earnings from tours and TV work.

The amount is said to be around the £3.2million mark, with documents claiming Rita violated contract terms by failing to pay the firm’s cut.

According to The Sun, the largest underpayment sum is just over £1.7million, with Sarah’s firm claiming there were ‘impermissible deductions’ for professional services including advertising, accountancy and insurance.

It comes after Rita recently teased new music when she shared a photo from a recording studio while working on her upcoming album.
