Roma Riaz, Miss Universe Pakistan 2025, has announced she will continue her journey with Miss Universe Pakistan in a new role as national director.
Her achievement was unveiled in the Philippines alongside the crowning of her successor, Misbah Arshad, who will represent Pakistan in the 75th Miss Universe Pageant in Puerto Rico later this year.
An emotional post shared by Roma on her own Insta handle displayed her excitement and gratitude over commencing a new journey.
The former Miss Universe Pakistan also expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her mentors, whose support was instrumental in her remarkable accomplishment.
“This is a chapter I’m incredibly excited to build with you,” she wrote while hailing support from her mentors.
“I’m incredibly humbled, grateful and honoured to officially be announced as the National Director of Miss Universe Pakistan. To have the opportunity to continue serving this organisation and, most importantly, to help shape the journey of the women who will carry Pakistan onto the global stage is a responsibility I will never take lightly!”
Riaz also expressed immense gratitude to franchise owner Josh Yugen for his unwavering confidence in her ability to mentor the next generation of Pakistani delegates.
“A huge, heartfelt thank you to Josh Yugen for believing in me, trusting me and giving me the opportunity to continue being part of something I care so deeply about,” the beauty queen wrote.
“Your vision, your belief in people, and the opportunities you create are truly unmatched.”
Roma also acknowledged the guidance from a key mentor, Ijam Borromeo.
