Tom Holland names his pick for the next ‘Spider-Man’

Tom Holland is not hanging up Spider-Man’ssuit just yet–but he’s already thinking about who should wear it next.

While promoting Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the actor revealed that conversations about life after Peter Parker have been happening behind the scenes for years, and he already has a vision for how the iconic superhero should move on.

“There’s a whole plan that we have been working on for, I would say, since we finished [2021’s] Spider-Man: No Way Home,” Holland shared on the Happy Sad Confusedpodcast.

“It’s laid out. It’s gonna change for sure, but I have a really clear vision to the passing on of the baton, and I think it’s really exciting.”

He added, “I know I get really excited when we have these meetings and chat about it. But that is the thing I want to do most in this character, for sure.”
