Dua Lipa and Elton John are celebrating a major milestone, both personally and professionally.
They are celebrating their enduring bond of friendship and five years of collaboration with their song, titled Cold Heart.
In a joint Instagram post, the Hakuna Matatahitmaker, posted three photos of the duo alongside a caption that read, “Five years since Cold Heartbrought us together.”
He continued, “5.3 billion streams later, and five years of a wonderful friendship [blue heart emoji].”
“Thank you to all of you for continuing to love and support the track,” the British singer, composer and pianist added.
Among other three snapshots, one image showed the pair sharing a laugh during John’s private Oscars watch party in West Hollywood.
For the unversed the 30-year-old American-Albanian songstress and the 79-year-old legend, released Cold Heart (Pnau Remix) on August 13, 2021.
The track is a global dance-pop hit by the duo, produced by the Australian electronic trio Pnau.
