Scarlett Johansson has shared some simple details about how she looks after her skin and health while keeping up with her busy life.
The 41-year-old actress said she pays attention to her digestion, sleep and recovery. One thing she takes at night is magnesium.
“I take magnesium at night. It helps me sleep. I feel like it’s good for recovery,” she said.
Johansson also said magnesium has made a big difference for her digestion.
“It really makes a huge difference, especially in my digestion and my recovery, it’s awesome,” she said.
She also takes vegan collagen. A friend told her it could make her hair “grow thicker, faster and shinier”.
The My Mother’s Wedding actress’ dermatologist did not believe it would help, but Johansson decided to try it anyway.
Her skincare routine is simple as at night, she washes her face and uses a serum and moisturizer. Sometimes she also adds a few drops of face oil.
In the morning, she uses the same basic products before putting on some light makeup.
With two children, the Lucy star said she does not always have time to finish her makeup before leaving for school.
Exercise is another big part of her routine as Scarlett has been doing Pilates for about 10 years.
